Fuseo User Agreement

 

Welcome to use the Fuseo AI Chat App (hereinafter referred to as the "App")! To protect your legitimate rights and interests and regulate the rights and obligations of both parties, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before using the App. By using the App, you represent that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this Agreement. I. User Rights and Obligations

1. User Rights

You have the right to use all functions provided by the App in compliance with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, including selecting chat partners from the recommended AI user list, obtaining chat partner recommendations by answering questions, and conducting chat conversations.

You have the right to provide opinions and suggestions on the functions and services of the App, and the Company will consider making improvements and optimizations accordingly.

2. User Obligations

Ensure that the registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and update it in a timely manner. You shall not use false information for registration or impersonate others to use the App.

Shall not use the App to engage in any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to disseminating obscene, violent, terrorist, or false information, or infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of others.

Shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App, including but not limited to maliciously attacking servers or using illegal plugins or programs.

Safely keep your account and password. You shall bear all consequences arising from the leakage of your account or password due to your own reasons or their use by others.

 

II. Company Rights and Obligations

1. Company Rights

The Company has the right to adjust, upgrade, or suspend the functions and services of the App according to actual circumstances, and may not be required to notify users in advance within a reasonable scope, but shall timely inform users of relevant situations when conditions permit.

The Company has the right to supervise and manage users' use of the App. If a user is found to violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Company has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, restricting function usage, or 封禁 accounts (banning accounts).

2. Company Obligations

The Company shall ensure the normal operation of the App in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide users with stable, safe, and high-quality services.

The Company shall adopt reasonable technical and management measures to protect users' personal information security and shall not disclose users' personal information to third parties without their consent, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary to safeguard the public interest.

The Company shall promptly provide technical support and assistance to address users' questions and inquiries during their use of the App.

 

III. Privacy Policy

The App collects user information including but not limited to registration information (such as username, phone number, email address), chat records, and usage habits, which are necessary to provide better services, optimize the user experience, and ensure account security.

The Company will strictly store, use, and protect user information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and privacy policies. Without explicit user authorization, the Company will not sell or share user information with unrelated third parties.

Users have the right to query, correct, or delete their personal information. If you have any questions or comments regarding the processing of personal information, please contact the Company at team_fuseo@outlook.com, and the Company will handle them promptly.

 

IV. Changes, Interruptions, or Termination of Services

Due to technical upgrades, server maintenance, network failures, or other reasons, the services of the App may be changed, interrupted, or terminated. The Company will notify users in advance when conditions permit.

If a user violates this Agreement, the Company has the right to interrupt or terminate services to the user without prior notice and shall not bear any liability. The user shall bear all consequences arising from the 封禁 of their account or termination of services due to violations of this Agreement.

In the event of the App's termination of operation, the Company will issue a prior announcement and handle users' personal information and data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

V. Disclaimer of Liability

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the stability and accuracy of the App's services, but due to the complexity of the internet environment, it does not guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors, and shall not be liable for any losses caused to users by such issues.

The AI-generated chat content provided by the App is for reference and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any field such as investment, medical care, or law. Users shall bear all consequences arising from their use of the AI chat content, and the Company shall not be liable.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to provide services or losses suffered by users due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions) or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons.

 

VI. Modification and Update of the Agreement

The Company has the right to modify and update this Agreement according to business development, changes in laws and regulations, or other circumstances. The modified Agreement will be announced within the App, and users will be deemed to have received the modified content upon its announcement.
